Hello,
Is it possible to customize or deactivate the quick forms for "Task" and "Phone Call".
I have some fields that I would like to add but the managed properties say they you can not Customize and I am unable to Delete. I can create a new quick form but that does not help because I am unable to Deactivate the original.
I am pretty sure there is a way around this but I need a little help.
(Screen shot of the form I would like to customize. I would like to add a field to the form)
(I was able to make a change to the Appointment form. But that is probably because the form is different. )
