I have a CRM Online instance. I have set up a mailbox with server side synchronisation enabled.
It seems to be working, if I sent an email from CRM it works correctly, if a reply comes in I will see it.
My contacts have been synced to the office 365 account.
If I create a task or appointment in crm, that also gets synchronised to my office 365 account.
Does this synchronisation work the other way? If I create a task or appointment in Office 365, it does not get synchronised into CRM (seemingly) at the moment. Am I incorrectly assuming that this should be possible? Is there a way for this to work?
