Good morning all
I have developed a complaint process using the business process flows for the users to step through and once complete it they select a status which locks that field and puts the date and time in another using the business rules. The status is on the last step of the business flow.
Users being users, sometimes choose not to use the steps and fill the data in on the form. This locks the fields correctly however if you manually step through to the same field in the last step in the business process flow the field is unlocked.
If the process flow is on the last step then the field locks correctly.
As anyone seen this before and or got a idea how to fix?
