What is the simplest way of printing contact or account details without also printing information that is of no use to us. Typically, If someone wants to print the contact details of a customer, they are likely to just want the customers address and contact details.
Having a contact open and pressing 'CTRL-P' prints a screen print and squashes all the fields up.
Having a contact open and select the cog and select print>print preview squashes all the fields and also prints lot of information that we do not require.
Having a contact open in Outlook, Right clicking>quick print outputs lots of information that we do not require.
I need a quick method that our staff can use to print of contacts details very quickly and easily as you can do in countless other CRM programs and the most basic of programs.
I would appreciate any input on how others have managed this so that I can copy the settings.
