Dear Experts,
Our users are facing "SQL Server Error" after upgrading from CRM 2013 to CRM 2015.
Below are some of the observations:
1. User able to login into CRM, but no entity grids are displaying instead showing "SQL Server Error" message.
2. With the same roles, other users are able to access the CRM
3. User facing same error if we assign system administrator role also
4. User able to create the records from Quick create (+) and able to view the create record.
5. We have enabled server trace logs and observed below error:
Principal user (Id=xxxx, type=8) is missing prvReadTraceLog privilege (Id=6ea323ab-2e1e-414e-88f5-1f975b3069fd)
Note:
We have deleted "Principle Object Access" table records from back end (with SQL Query). Does this effect the user privileges to access CRM?
Please give any suggestions or workarounds to resolve this issue.
