CRM 2015 Online SP1
Today I started getting error messages when I was tracking emails in Outlook "The specified record type does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" (very strange as had been working fine up until yesterday). I did some testing and found that when tracking emails with unresolved addresses we were getting this error however if tracking an email with resolved email address then this was fine.
Enabled tracing and checked the log file which showed "entity with ObjectTypeCode = 0 was not found in the MetadataCache". I then tried to send an email directly from CRM to an unresolved address and when clicking send I get an error "Query Builder Error, The specified record type does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM ". So had a look at the log and same error with the ObjectTypeCode.
Just to confirm the Allow messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent is set to YES.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
