Security Privileges needed to enable Copy to Static on other user's Marketing Lists

Dear all,

We have a need where some users should be allowed to make static copies of dynamic marketing lists that are owned by other users. Which privileges do they need to accomplish this?

I already gave Organization-level Read and Write, and User-level Create rights on the Marketing List entity, for the 'Copy to Static' button to even become active. But somehow that doesn't seem enough. CRM returns an 'Access Denied' message. I already did a test where I gave full access on the Marketing List entity, but that didn't solve the problem. So there must be some other entity, process, plugin or I don't know what, to which the user needs access.

Anyone have any ideas?
