Populate Lookup Field using Business Rule

Hi,

Is there any way of popualting a Lookup Field with a String value from another Field on the entity. I've looked at both Business Rules and Workflows, but it appears you can't use a Single Line of Text Field to populate it.

I'm trying to populate a Parent Account Lookup Field with text from another Field

Any ideas?
