Workflow wont execute due to Proxy authentication

Hi ,

I imported a solution, the  workflow wont execute ,it is returning this error ;

Workflow wont execute due to Proxy authentication error;

"The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required."

Has anyone ever come across this?
