Hi, we newbies to Dynamics and one of the tasks I need to tackle is getting all of our leads and support requests that come in over the web into our CRM as fast and as close to real time as possible. I am looking for some advise in doing this. Will we need to install API's etc? Right now we are using CMS made simple and I have all the leads writing to a TXT file which is stored on the server. Ideally I would like this to be written to our CRM (premise) incrementally. Any advice would be much appreciated!
