CRM 2013 OnPremise : Outlook for CRM 2013 crash the Outlook client

Hello,

I'm currently testing Outlook for CRM 2013 and from the Outlook client, when i go to the CRM folders like "Activities" or "Queue Items", i get a generic Outlook message that say "Outook has encounter a problem and need to restart".

This happening sometimes (1 time per hour) and only when i navigate into the CRM folders. When i deactivate the Outlook for CRM addin, there's no problems.

I've activated traces via diagnotics an tried to analyse it but there's no issues.

I've tried to analyse all calls between CRM Server and the Outlook Client via Fiddler and i can see that for each click the CRM Web services are called a lot of time !

Currently, when we try to show the activities from Outlook, we have to wait 3 real minutes.

> The CRM Server is an onPremise CRM 2013 SP 1 UR 3

> The Outlook client version is 2007 (compatible with CRM 2013)

Any help should be really apreciated :)
