ISSUE: CRM 2015 On Prem. Permissions error Tracking emails.
Newly deployed CRM 2015 on Prem. with Update 0.1
(Using outlook client on a Win7 x64, using outlook x64 with CRM 2015 client Update 0.1 and/or 1.1)
Clients getting the following error when tracking emails in outlook:
The only work around is to give Sys admin Permissions. (Not ideal...! )
Out of the 1001 Permissions options in CRM, would anyone know the proper permission missing in our Role that would grant this? Sent emails can be tracked properly... however some cannot and result in this error.
I suspect it has to update / append a contact or Company in the business units, but cannot ???
Unsure.
Tried the Following:
New Profile, New test PC Profile, Updates 0.1 and 1.1, clearing forms cache in outlook...etc... No change.
Thoughts?
