MS CRM 2013 On-Premises upgrade to MS CRM 2015 taking too much time

Hi All,

I am trying to upgrade a MS CRM 2013 organization which is about 64 GB in size. The import process seems to be going endless. I stopped it after 24 hours. My I have already increased the timeout to 24 hours as explained in this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/918609.

My MS CRM 2015 set up comprise of

a CRM VM which has 10 GB memory

SQL VM has 18 GB RAM.

Any help or idea in this regard will be much appreciated.

Note: This MS CRM 2013 organization is originally upgraded from MS CRM 4.0 to MS CRM 2011 and them to MS CRM 2013.
