I have a CRM online system set up, configured with my mailbox.
Emails have been working fine, my mailbox is an office 365 account, so I have set up my mailbox to do server side synchronisation.
For emails that get sent from inside my CRM this is fine.
However, I also have CRM for outlook installed.
I want to be able to send an email, from outlook, and track it in CRM.
Can I do this combined with server side synchronisation at all? Likewise I want to be able to create appointments in outlook, and so do my colleagues, and still see these appear when inside CRM.
This is not quite working as i'd hope so I am hoping for some direction.
I did send an email from outlook, from the same mailbox as I have configured in CRM, and it said it was being tracked in CRM, but it doesn't appear in my crm system.
