One of the user has closed some appointments in outlook , some have been closed but others havent been closed and are still open in CRM

We are using CRM 2015 update 1 application  . One of the user has closed some appointments in outlook , some have been closed  but others havent been closed and are still open in CRM . 

We are already using the outlook verison :  7.0.1.129
