We are doing data migration in MS CRM 2015 Online. We have seen one interesting fact that, duplicate records get created while data migration.
We then put duplicate detection rule in MS CRM, but still we saw that the data is duplicated. (Basically having duplicate detection rule while data migration makes data migration a very slow process)
Then we went for another option, i.e. a third party tool which uses Upsert method (which Microsoft suggests) to insert records to avoid duplicate detection. Interestingly we found few duplicates in it. ( to give the details, we inserted 1,20,000 records and found that 292 records were duplicates)
My question here is, is there any issues while using MS CRM Online services. Because we have seen consistent duplicate records.
Any help on the issue is appreciated !!!
