We are using the Online CRM 2015 and Outlook 2013. The server side sync has been working fine since July and all of a sudden just stopped working. I have been working with Microsoft support teams. Unfortunately, the CRM team doesn't claim it in their domain and the Outlook team doesn't claim it in their domain of expertise either. I have a support guy trying to help me but he has no idea so I thought I'd open it up to the group. What can I check to get this running? We need to be able to track emails automatically to CRM asap for our sales group. Any help is much appreciated!!!
