Apologies if this is seen as a trolling type message or a moan but I'm genuinely interested in other people's views. Yesterday I was at yet another meeting where the issue of CRM usability came up - many users I speak to and myself included find the CRM interface and Outlook client to be quite clunky, not especially user friendly, under performing and occasionally buggy - certainly not conducive for wide spread acceptance. When you compare the richness of controls and overall performance to some other similar products - eg Atlassian ones (Confluence, Jira, etc) and any you find on an Apple device etc etc it seems that MS are under delivering when it comes to Dynamics products. CRM 2015 may work well on a tablet device but we, for example, are still largely desktop bound. Are we the only ones facing this wall of resistance? Are there things we could do to improve this?
