Email Router doesn't process any incoming emails

In our CRM deployment we process email delivery status notifications after bulk mailing to disable contacts or leads with invalid emails. After last mailing we have received about 20000 DSN.

And suddenly email router stops reading new incoming emails from DSN mailbox and other pop3 mailboxes. Totally we have 4 incoming mailboxes, but we've got no new incoming emails at all.

Now we have exactly the same situation http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31677410/email-router-2013-doesnt-process-new-incoming-email, and I tried the same actions, but with no luck.

No error messages, no emails. 

If anyone have any suggestions on this matter, i would be really grateful.
