I have several fields on some custom entities that are lookups against the User list. Some of the values for these fields need to be employees of my company however they all won't have or need CRM licenses. What is the best practice for getting these employees in the User list without them actually being CRM "Users"?
If there is an alternative approach to this issue please throw that out there as well.
