Personal and public deleted views still show in outlook

Hi,

I'm having this problem related with deleted views still showing in Outlook (even if they were deleted in Outlook). Tested with Outlook 2010 using CRM 2015.

I notice a way to make them update is pressing «Save Filters to Current System View» with the view selected. It will show an error and update.

Also when a view is created there's no way outlook updates the list of views until a new restart.

Is there a way to get around these? Is it possible to code a simple app using the CRM services to make this happen?
