Add a single contact to Multiple Accounts

Is there is any way to Add a single contact to Multiple Accounts. Doing this can contact appear in contacts subgrid in account form.

Or the only way to associate a contact to multiple accounts through 'Connections'?  Does anyone have a better solution?
