We have set up integration from NAV 2016 to CRM On Premise - and another instance from NAV 2016 to CRM Online. (Danish Base Lanugage)
When I create an order in CRM - and click the Submit Order (or Send Order) it should send the order to NAV 2016.
In my On Premise installation this works. The Order changes Status to Submitted (Sendt) and Status Reason to In Progress (I gang)
In my Online installation the Status of the Order remains Active. And the Status Reason New.
This means that the order never pops up in NAV. I can change the status by an on demand workflow and when the status is Submitted and Status Reason In Progress, the order pops up in NAV. I just think pressing the button should do this.
Has anyone else seen this behaviour - and do you have a fix?
