Is there any way of cloning an Account record; possibly via workflow?
The requirement is to make a complete clone of the existing Account and to deactivate the original Account.
edit: this would be triggered by a value selected within an option-set.
The issue is the new Record needs to now have all the Activities / Opportunity / Orders that the original Account had.
