Hi All, we have just installed server update 0.2 for CRM 2015 and the outlook clients all have update 1.1 installed and we have a very odd problem in the outlook crm cliemt, that I am wondering if anyone else is having.
We have email templates setup for Order entity in CRM
When we create a new email in outlook and set regarding an existing CRM order it allows us to select the email template from the drop down list "Insert Template", however if we click "More Email Templates" the template windows does not load.
If we click "More email templates" again we a message saying
"You must select a recipient or a regarding record that can be associated to an email template. For example, you cannot select a queue. Select a valid recipient or a regarding record and try again.
We can however select the order email templates that automatically appear when we click on "insert template" then under the "Order Templates" menu.
The problem just occurs using the More email Templates.
The problem did not happen in server 0.1 update with clients 1.1 so we think this is a bug, but just wondered if anyone else had this problem?
