Can we migrate / transfer the Close opportunity from an Inactive account to Active account?

Hi All,

I am using CRM 2013 and we have a situation, we got same company having two account (active and inactive) and we need to move everything from Inactive account to Active account. My question is that can we migrate / transfer the Close opportunity from an Inactive account to Active account?
