Hi All,
We just upgraded to 2015 CRM 7.1 from CRM 2013 online.
We are not now facing issue on save and save and close of case in IE 10 the browser window gets hang.
We don't have any customizations on the forum like javascript.
And this happens only if i create the case from order if i go to case view then i am able to save it and if i create the case from associated view in order then issues comes.
The only customized thing i have on case is that Quick create is disabled for Cases so that when i click new case button in associated view of Job the new case open in new window.
The above thing is working in IE11 chrome and firefox.
Please suggest. We are using IE10 and we can not upgarde all users to IE 11, chrome or firefox due to some reasons.
