Bug - Field Level Security for Bit field

Create a Bit field and setup as Checkbox.

Give Edit access to Manager Role.
No Edit access to Executive Role.

Login as Manager and tick the Checkbox.

Login as Executive, instead of see the ticked Checkbox, user sees a number "1" instead.

Version (7.0.1.129) (DB 7.0.1.129)

Any idea if this is known issue and has already been fixed?
