I do have trouble with my view setting. I configured a subgrid on the “contacts” form regarding the marketing lists. Within the subgrid setting I managed to select a default view.
When I do use the subgrid, to add a marketing list to a contact, the search view is by default set to the “List Associated With The Owner”. Since we use a bunch of marketing lists for regardless the owner, I want to change the default search view to “Active Marketing Lists” so that it finds all active marketing lists available.
A workaround would be to edit the filter criteria of the default search view. That would be a way but not really the most proper one.
Can anybody help me and suggest how I can solve this issue and change to right default view?
