I have two local CRM 2013 virtual environments which, when importing a solution, highly utilize CPU, using the UI or and when using PowerShell scripted XRM toolkit.
I have another local CRM 2013 virtual environment which, when importing a solution, does not utilize hardly any CPU , using the UI or and when using PowerShell scripted XRM toolkit. It take 60% longer to import than the other two environments.
I've researched, searched, compared and implemented many settings (e.g. the one for virtual servers, import time/size limits, etc.), whether they are in the registry, CRM install values, etc..
I've updated patch levels to be equal across all environments.
I've had the DBA monitor the DB server. I've had a Sys Admin monitor the server.
The process used to import using the UI (IIS) or and when using PowerShell scripted XRM toolkit (CRMAsync) will hardly utilize any CPU on the one server.
Kind of at a loss which direction to go in.
Any suggestions appreciated.
