Hi.
I am have a problem with the importing templates. They are giving me weird fields and not the fields that I want.
See my screen shot below.
That is the account template.
What I do to get that is I go to Data Management<Import templates. Click on Export with the Accounts selected, save the file as a .xml, open excel go to Data<Get External Data<From Other Sources<.XML then this picture comes up. This goes for all the templates.
Is there something I am doing wrong ? please help.
