I have managed to setup my emails in crm 2015 to show in queues however one strange behaviour is the fact that any emails which have been forwarded to the email account will show in the attachments.
Also in other emails it only shows the content of that email and now potentially what has been discussed before - is there anyway to change this so that it includes previous messages below.?
