CRM on-premise on social engagement : Integration with MSE to CRM and Integrate with CRM to MSE

Hello,

I have some question on Microsoft Social Engagement. We have CRM 2015 On premise with online 365 MSE license.

1- Does IFD setup is required for Microsoft Social Engagement?

2. Can we use only SSL (HTTPS) to integrate MSE TO CRM or vise versa?
3. Does MSE "Link to CRM" feature will only work when we configure CRM on premise with HTTPS binding?

4. How to find and setup "Client ID" in MSE?
