Need help on making Skype call from Dynamics CRM

Hi,

I was trying to configure Dynamics CRM 2016 Online to make Skype call when we click on the business phone number field in Lead form.

In System Settings  form , under General tab I have set the telephony provider as Skype and country code is also given.

Now when I click on the business phone number in the Lead form , Skype window will get open but call is not happening.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue?
