Using Outlook 2013 to update CRM tasks - email address is duplicated in the task

If I create a CRM task and have the contact's email address included in the body of the task (so I don't have to click links to get the contact info), the email address is duplicated when I update that task within Outlook. After synchronization, I believe, is when the additional email will be added. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

 

As an example, I'll have jsmith@sbc.net within the body of the task, and when I update the task with notes and change the date of the task, the next time I view it, it will have jsmith@sbc.net<mailto:jsmith@sbc.net>. It will duplicate the email each time I update the task (taking up available character space for the task notes.
