How to Read\Fetch Email Content(Body) in a task in Workflow?

Hi,

I'm working in CRM 2015 on prem, I have a workflow where a task is to read\get\fetch some words in Mail Body of an Incoming Email(description as in Email Entity) but don't know how to go on with it...

If this can be done programmatically it will be much helpful.

Please Help.
