Field options missing

I need some help!!  When I go to add columns to a view lets say my view "All Accounts"  I get no options to add.  Under the record type, it does not matter which one I pick I get no options.  I use to have options like company name, address 1, city1, etc.  now nothing!!  How do I restore these??  Any help would be great.
