No access to Account Entity

[2015, U1: Online]

Hi, 

A user, who has system administrator privileges, has no access to Account Records. A Permissions / Record does not exist Error is returned. This user is the only user effected across the System. 

 

The User still has full access to Accounts from the Outlook Client. 

This is the error log downloaded when trying to open an Account (A different missing Contact GUID is returned for every Record Error Log):
