Assuming all sales people hate data entry and will refuse to enter the same thing twice and I can't afford a plug in to find out a companies Bill to address....
On the account form - If I am lucky the sales person will enter the company address into the Account form (most of the time it's done for them).
Now they want to invoice... they want to set that address as the Bill to address so it pulls into that form. So they try to. Usually the address is different to the address in the Account form; but sometimes it is the same.
When the address is different they go to the Addresses linked part of the Account and either update or create a record (most of the time it is already there as we pre-load them). The Customer Address Associated view.
For a brand new "came out of the blue" client who's bill to address is the same as the address on the Account form there does not appear to be a way of doing it. The sales people are looking at the Customer Address Associated view but it does not list the address on the Account form (and neither does changing the view to All Addresses).
What is the best thing to do? Any ideas
