Hello,
I have a primary entity called Project and a related to Contacts. So an additional entity called ProjectMembers.
I have a subgrid in the Project form for Project Members. I associated via a Lookup field on the ProjectMembers for Project and Contacts.
When I click the Add + button on the subgrid it takes me to my Add a new record.
I have the Project field as readonly and it does default to my parent form Project.
If I finish the record and click Save it saves and populates in the parent form SubGrid for Project Members.
However, this popup dialog still shows a "New" button and I can click that button at any time. This causes another new record add to begin but with the Project field blank on the form. If I click save it will add with a blank Project. No longer associated to the Parent form. I have all Project and Contact fields set to required.
Can anyone recommend a solution for this scenario ?
