What is the best way to assign leads using round robin method to team?

Hi Techies,

I have a requirement where i need to assign leads to particular team on round robin method. My understanding is to maintain a Boolean which says that lead yet to be assigned or already assigned.

I am pretty sure you guys will have nice ideas I would like to know your thoughts and best approach to achieve this.
