Hello All,
I am very new to CRM online. Our company has all the users hosted in Office 365 with Directory Sync server. Once i activated the CRM online subscription i saw all the accounts created in Office 365. We have 5 sales persons and 2 Sales Heads and 1 General Manager.
Requirements,
1. Give sales person to create all the contacts and opportunities and other usual sales activities. But customer accounts created by one sales guy cannot be seen by the other sales guy, this is my first requirement.
2.Sales Head should be able to see all the customer accounts and opportunities created by all the sales folks.
How to achieve this requirement. Please advice
