Add SharePoint metadata at the point of email tracking in CRM for Outlook

Hi

I'm working on a solution for my client where we are stripping the attachments from the emails tracked in Outlook and uploading them to SharePoint.

Is there a way to request a user to provide the metadata (document classification) right when they click on Track button in Outlook?

My client deals with a high amount of documents arriving daily by email.

I know where are some add-ons for Outlook which help adding the attachments to SharePoint and asking user for the metadata but I cant find anything which will include tracking in CRM too.

I don't want to have anything which will make my client click 5 times just to have the document saved.

We are using CRM and SP Online. Latest versions.
