We have accounts with a 3 step relationship - Parent, Grandparent and Great Grandparents, eg:
Account: "local office" - Parent Account: "Suburb Office" - Grandparent account: "Regional office - Great Grandparent Account "National Office".
These accounts can all have cases associated with them.
Is there any way to define a view for the Grandparent Account "National Office" so that if you go into the view it shows all cases for the National, Regional, Suburb and Local accounts in one view?
You cant define a view that shows where Local, suburb, regional or national contains the current account name so am wondering how this can be done?
can this be defined with JS or something else?
