We are on CRM2011 RU18 and have recently upgraded users to IE11. I have one user who is having issues in the web client. When she uses the search box, the enter key does not work. She can type in her search text and use the search icon, but enter/return freezes doesnt work. She also can not add a note to a record. When we log in to a terminal server with her credentials she does not have this problem. Thoughts on what could be causing the issue for just this one user?
