I have created a workflow to send an email notification to the owner and the creator of a task in CRM.
I have set the condition to wait for Task due date to equal [Task.due.date] but I am not sure at which point it should be run.
If I set it to when record is created it does not work correctly and the due date field is not going to change.
Anyone have any ideas on how I am able to achieve this?
