Hi Everyone
I have a strange issue here,I have opportunities that have been updated all at the same time by crm admin same date same time on the audit tables,the opportunity name and the opportunity number which was auto populated on creation of the opportunity all went missing,In my server on event viewer,I have the following error 
this error was thrown 3 times at the exact same time the updates of those opportunities happened,I understand that this error has to do with the removal of an extension but what kind of extension(delivery,data processing or rendering extension) would cause this havoc with the opportunities.
Is there any other explanation to this,what could caused this,cannot find an answer on this .
