I have an issue where the CRM button is appearing okay in the work ribbon but clicking on it yields no action as I would expect.
On opening the file in word macros are enabled via the alert prompt.
I have searched and can find various solutions for adding in the CRM 'button' but its there and on clickin on it I would expect a new document to be opened where the content of the mail merge should be entered.
I suspect it may be a macro/security setting which is preventing the normal operation, has anyone else experienced this not working?
