Copy and Paste Plugin Steps and Images from one Plugin to another

Hi Guys , 

one small addition to plugin registration tools which will help you to copy and paste plugins steps and images from one plugin to another.

This helps a lot in case of plugin having 100's of steps and images which needs to be applied to new plugin version
