Hi,
I have created a product family which have a product property (single line text). Everything works great, you can write in this field on the underlying products on the oppertunity, but I need to access the field in a Mail Merge Template and it doesn't seem to be possible?!
As an example;
Product Family is Shirts (and has a product property called Size)
Product is Pink Shirt
Size is set to M on the product in the oppertunity
(sofar so good!)
Then I want to create a quote and print it to customer with a mail merge, but I cannot figure out how to access the value in the mail merge template. I've looked through all the fields but cannot find the field it's saved in.
What's the point of product properties if you cannot access their values and print to a document?
